Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot operational challenges.
  • Conduct time-motion studies, capacity analysis, and workflow assessments to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to eliminate waste, minimize defects, and streamline production workflows.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, machinery, or tooling to enhance manufacturing capabilities and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) in all manufacturing activities.
  • Train and mentor production staff on best practices, new processes, and equipment operation to foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, or production optimization, preferably in a high-volume industrial setting.
  • Proven expertise in process design, root cause analysis (RCA), and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), ERP systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, robotics) is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
