Responsibility
- Provide technical and product support to clients post-purchase, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, logistics) to address customer concerns and improve product performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and product data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain after-sales documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and product updates.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure proper usage and maximize satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance in the field and coordinate with R&D for potential enhancements or fixes.
- Manage warranty claims, returns, and replacements while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of technical products, engineering principles, or after-sales processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Japanese is advantageous but not required.
- Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software, helpdesk tools, or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship may be provided for eligible candidates).
