Responsibility
- Perform assembly, disassembly, and repair of analytical laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients in Bali and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and client interactions.
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role, preferably in the laboratory equipment industry.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
