Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for all production machinery.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with production goals and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance protocols.
- Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships for engineering projects and maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for industrial machinery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Proficiency in using engineering software, CAD tools, and maintenance management systems.
