Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of PVD installation and other ground improvement techniques for construction projects.
- Conduct site investigations, soil analysis, and geotechnical assessments to determine optimal solutions.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, Eurocode).
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging geotechnical technologies and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on PVD, soil stabilization, or deep foundation works.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from design to completion.
- Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., PLAXIS, GeoStudio, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Strong knowledge of international construction codes and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua).
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is a plus.
