Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to align project goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical analyses to optimize project outcomes.
- Oversee quality control and compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure team success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with budgets exceeding IDR 500M.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant professional certifications are highly advantageous.
