Responsibility
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, translating business requirements into actionable engineering specifications.
- Lead cross-functional project teams (R&D, manufacturing, QA) to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to align product development with market demands and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project performance and implementing best practices.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and progress updates to clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC) and company quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or a similar technical liaison role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product development lifecycles in a manufacturing or tech environment.
- Strong technical acumen in electronics, embedded systems, or precision engineering (preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and CAD/CAE software.
- Experience working in multinational corporations or with global clients is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or site visits (as needed).
