Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the daily operations of the biogas plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor plant performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize processes to enhance energy output and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate repairs, and manage spare parts inventory to support continuous operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, documentation, and compliance records for internal and regulatory purposes.
- Collaborate with engineering and management teams to plan upgrades, expansions, or process improvements for the biogas facility.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in biogas plant operations, maintenance, or a similar industrial environment (e.g., wastewater treatment, power generation).
- Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, managing technical teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of biogas production systems, anaerobic digestion, and CHP (Combined Heat and Power) units.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial automation for process control and monitoring.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., K3, OSHA) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for on-call duties or shift work as needed.
