Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with GMP standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in equipment maintenance technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a GMP-regulated or manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory requirements for equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and document maintenance activities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or related fields is a plus.
