Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all surveying activities for civil, structural, and architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced equipment such as total stations, GPS, and LiDAR technology.
  • Oversee the preparation of survey reports, maps, and drawings for engineering and architectural teams, ensuring data integrity and clarity.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align surveying activities with project timelines, budgets, and design specifications.
  • Perform site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks, constraints, and opportunities for optimization in project execution.
  • Ensure all surveying activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
  • Mentor and train junior surveyors and field staff, fostering a team environment that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals for surveying and construction activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field; professional certification or licensure is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil, structural, or architectural surveying, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, LiDAR, and drone technology, as well as software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS applications.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian surveying regulations, land laws, and construction standards, with experience working in Bali or similar regions preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex engineering and architectural designs into actionable surveying plans.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
  • Physical fitness and willingness to work in diverse field conditions, including remote and challenging environments.
