Responsibility
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for structural construction works, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Oversee site operations, including piling, excavation, and foundation works, to ensure compliance with engineering designs and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure materials and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct structural integrity assessments and quality control checks to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., SNI, ISO).
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical drawings, and documentation to stakeholders and management.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and propose cost-effective, innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on all project sites, implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure permits, approvals, and inspections for construction activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural construction, piling, or foundation engineering, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or SAP2000 for structural design and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes (Indonesian standards preferred).
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
