Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technologies and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices to reduce costs and environmental impact.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and specifications for electrical projects and upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all electrical operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Proven expertise in electrical system design, maintenance, and troubleshooting (e.g., PLC, HVAC, power distribution).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, ISO) and local electrical codes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP) and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certification in electrical safety or related fields is highly desirable.
