Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive quality testing on DTI-regulated construction materials, including steel, cement, plywood, and concrete masonry units.
- Ensure all materials meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document and report test results accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and update quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Participate in audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on quality testing procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality testing of construction materials.
- Strong knowledge of DTI regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
