Responsibility
- Design, analyze, and oversee the implementation of structural and MEP systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
- Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and risk assessments to optimize project planning and execution.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for infrastructure and MEP components.
- Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to quality and timeline benchmarks.
- Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Implement innovative engineering solutions to enhance energy efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building infrastructure, structural design, and MEP systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, and other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, seismic design, and sustainable construction practices.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Certification in structural engineering or MEP design is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
