Responsibility
- Design, install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including IP, analog, and HD cameras, NVRs, and DVRs.
- Implement and service access control systems, such as biometric scanners, card readers, and keypads for secure entry points.
- Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and recommend tailored solutions for clients in hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and IT teams to integrate security systems with other building management systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of installed systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CCTV and security systems technician, with a proven track record in system design and installation.
- In-depth knowledge of IP/HD CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and video analytics software (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch).
- Experience with access control systems (e.g., Honeywell, Paxton, ZKTeco) and integration with other security platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, PoE, and VLAN configurations.
- Certification in security systems (e.g., CCTA, CompTIA Security+) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for on-site assignments.
