Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including material usage, labor productivity, and potential risks.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, including delays, material shortages, or design discrepancies.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including PPE compliance and hazard mitigation.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and address concerns.
- Manage documentation, including permits, contracts, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer in residential/commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations (Singapore/HDB standards a plus).
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and BIM models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or AutoCAD).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work permit/visa for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
