Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to senior management.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Manage material and equipment inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Ensure all construction activities align with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
