Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and landscaping activities across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and landscape upkeep.
- Manage and train cleaning and landscaping staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement efficient work schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Liaise with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and landscaping materials, placing orders as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on site conditions, work progress, and any incidents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within cleaning, landscaping, or facility management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and landscaping practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
