Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of client equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, time logs, and parts usage.
- Collaborate with the internal team to order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing field service duties.
- Travel to various client sites across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in field service, technical maintenance, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
