Responsibility
- Thoroughly sweep, mop, and disinfect bus floors to remove dirt, debris, and spills.
- Clean and sanitize all seating areas, including fabric and plastic surfaces, using approved cleaning agents.
- Wash and polish windows, mirrors, and glass panels to ensure crystal-clear visibility.
- Remove and dispose of trash, recyclables, and hazardous waste in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect and restock onboard supplies such as tissues, seat covers, and first-aid kits.
- Perform deep cleaning of high-touch areas (handrails, door handles, armrests) to prevent germ transmission.
- Report any vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Adhere to strict hygiene standards and follow company guidelines for chemical usage and storage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping roles (preferably in transportation or public facilities).
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, bend, lift, and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Own transportation to commute to assigned depots or routes is a plus.
