Responsibility
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to panel design and fabrication.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment, including MIG welders, grinders, and other hand tools, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and positioning materials as required.
- Assist in the assembly and installation of fabricated components at project sites across Bali.
- Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and participate in regular safety training sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role in a manufacturing, construction, or technical environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Strong knowledge of MIG welding techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, bending, kneeling).
- Relevant vocational training or certification in welding (e.g., AWS, IIW) is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with a strong educational background in welding or related fields are encouraged to apply.
