Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, restrooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for meetings or events.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are maintained to company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial or utility roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
