Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pest management, with a focus on training and development.
- Strong understanding of pest control techniques, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., LMS, PowerPoint, e-learning platforms).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Certification in pest management or related fields is a plus.
