Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports on vehicle conditions, including recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and share best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, offering transparent pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, tools, and industry trends through ongoing training and certifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the field.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and specialized automotive software.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair guides.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to diagnose and repair complex issues.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle demanding tasks, including lifting heavy parts and working in tight spaces.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (preferred).
