Responsibility
- Install, commission, and test air conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and hospitality settings.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly, offering solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, local regulations) during all installations and service calls.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet service-level agreements.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and best practices through continuous learning and training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, Refrigeration Technician, or Air Conditioning Specialist (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Certification or diploma in HVAC/R technology, refrigeration engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and mechanical components in HVAC units.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, gauges, and testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, refrigerant scales).
- Familiarity with local and international HVAC standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for service calls.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces, lift heavy equipment, and perform tasks in varying weather conditions.
