Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, resolve issues, and enforce compliance with regulations.
- Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and labor productivity to optimize resources.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including documentation of work completed, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure all construction activities align with environmental and sustainability guidelines.
- Train and mentor on-site teams on best practices for civil and structural construction.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for civil or structural projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Bali as required.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
