Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end tender process, from initial bid preparation to final submission, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement tender strategies that align with business objectives and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and project teams to prepare accurate cost estimates, financial proposals, and contract terms.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to enhance bid competitiveness and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate tender performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale tender processes and securing contracts.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, cost estimation, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
