Responsibility
- Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for construction projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and approve payment certificates, change orders, and variation claims.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on all project sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or Project Management is a plus.
