Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction site operations for civil and structural projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and on-site teams to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Manage material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, incident logs, and documentation to project managers and stakeholders.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a culture of zero accidents on-site.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve technical challenges and align on project objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on civil and structural works.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale construction projects from foundation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural systems, and building materials.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, or other construction software is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Willingness to relocate or travel across Bali project sites as required.
