Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with architectural and structural plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and laborers to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently to minimize delays.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and equipment.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Implement and enforce company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision for architectural/structural projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Certification in OSHA or similar safety standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
