Responsibility
- Design and develop civil engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure projects using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for projects, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to financial and scheduling targets.
- Oversee construction activities, perform quality control inspections, and address technical issues to ensure projects meet design specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend materials, equipment, and construction methods to optimize project efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil engineering to drive innovation in project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus (e.g., Indonesian Engineer Certification).
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
