Responsibility
- Coordinate procurement activities for solar PV, BESS, EV charging, and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement.
- Collaborate with project managers to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in procurement.
- Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing eco-friendly materials and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in renewable energy or electrical infrastructure.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
