Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate on-site teams for acoustic panel installations and interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Manage daily progress tracking, material logistics, and inventory control.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align project deliverables.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Resolve on-site challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and documentation.
- Train and mentor site staff on best practices for acoustic and fit-out installations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in site supervision for construction, interior fit-out, or acoustic solutions.
- Proven track record managing teams and projects in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of acoustic materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and local supplier networks (preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and basic CAD (a plus).
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
