Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to client requirements.
- Conduct tender evaluations and assist in the selection of contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide cost control reports to stakeholders.
- Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize financial exposure.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, including terms, conditions, and variations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress, measure work completed, and resolve cost-related disputes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, WinQS, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with contract law and procurement processes.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
