Responsibility
- Coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and site logs.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between on-site teams and project managers to resolve challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Support the implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as required.
