Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects in Bali.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide financial insights to support project planning.
- Monitor project expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and procurement terms.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize financial exposure.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards in Bali.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Southeast Asia or Indonesia.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, Candy, or Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and tendering processes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Baliās construction market and local regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is highly advantageous.
