Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and review technical documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of materials, equipment, and construction processes to ensure they meet quality benchmarks.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Participate in project planning meetings to provide input on quality control measures and risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ISO, SNI, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in conducting inspections, audits, and testing of construction materials and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus.
