Are you a dynamic Site Supervisor with expertise in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems? TKH ACMV Industries Sdn Bhd is expanding its operations in Bali, Indonesia, and we’re looking for a skilled professional to lead our on-site teams in delivering high-quality HVAC and mechanical ventilation projects.

Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate on-site ACMV installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, local building codes).
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements to stakeholders.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and equipment allocation to optimize resource usage.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and site staff on ACMV system best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during installation and post-handover phases.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV site supervision, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, chillers, VRF/VRV units, and BMS integration.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for reviewing technical drawings.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
