Responsibility
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project execution with design specifications and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site conflicts, address worker concerns, and foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement sustainable construction practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project supervision, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a portfolio of successful deliveries.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local building codes is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
