Responsibility
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review project specifications and drawings.
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies.
- Track project expenditures and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving contractual disputes and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and change orders.
- Support the team in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with QS software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
