We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to prepare accurate SPH (Shop Drawings) and RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya / Cost Estimates) for our diverse client portfolio. Responsibility
- Develop accurate SPH (Shop Drawings) and RAB (Cost Estimates) based on project requirements and client specifications.
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure estimates align with design and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns, including material quantities, labor hours, and overhead expenses.
- Monitor market trends, supplier pricing, and material costs to maintain competitive and up-to-date estimates.
- Review and adjust estimates as project scopes change, ensuring accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in bid preparation and submission, including comparative analysis of competitor proposals.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and project-related financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or industry-specific tools) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and supplier networks is a plus.
