Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Enforce strict quality control and safety protocols in compliance with local and international standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, documentation, and client updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and equipment meet specifications.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Ensure all site activities align with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision or project management.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations (OSHA, local Indonesian standards).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Valid construction supervision certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
