As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to implement and enforce safety protocols. Responsibility
- Monitor and enforce compliance with OSH regulations and company safety policies on construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, emergency response procedures, and risk assessments.
- Provide safety training and inductions for new and existing employees to ensure awareness of safety protocols.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with preventive measures.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
- Ensure all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are available, functional, and used correctly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Certification in OSH (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and influence teams.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in preparing safety reports and maintaining documentation.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as needed.
