Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final handover, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency and cost control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and stakeholder updates to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure or building projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, permits, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts with precision.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
