In this pivotal role, you will ensure budget compliance, risk mitigation, and project success by leveraging your expertise in financial planning, contract administration, and cost estimation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, data-driven insights that optimize project profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of cost control strategies to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.
- Manage contract administration, including tendering, negotiation, and subcontractor agreements.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate cost risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to align financial plans with technical requirements.
- Oversee valuation of variations and claims, ensuring fair and transparent commercial resolutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and financial reporting for construction projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., CostX, Candy, Primavera, or similar).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and market practices is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
