Responsibility
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of financial bids for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and legal teams to develop competitive and profitable bid proposals.
- Analyze project costs, risks, and financial feasibility to optimize bid strategies and maximize profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements affecting bid submissions.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor and report on bid performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all bid documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial bid management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully preparing and submitting competitive bids.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and bid management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
