Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, resources, risk assessments, and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and government agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project financials, including cost estimates, expenditures, and profitability analysis.
- Implement and enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance protocols on all sites.
- Resolve project-related issues and conflicts, mitigating risks to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local Indonesian construction regulations, permits, and compliance standards is highly advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
