Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate sub-contractor activities under main contractor direction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites
- Monitor daily construction progress and report to project management
- Verify work quality and adherence to project specifications
- Manage material deliveries and inventory on site
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts between sub-contractors
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox meetings
- Maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Experience working with sub-contractors and main contractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus)
- Valid construction safety certification (preferred)
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and travel between sites
