Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for construction materials and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
- Track order statuses, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain organized records of procurement activities, contracts, and expenditures.
- Collaborate with project managers to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and emerging trends in construction materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with construction materials, specifications, and industry standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
