Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to review and refine project designs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings and project logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site management, particularly in fit-out or interior construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design and project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali.
